Yeah, I should’ve combined this thought with another…

Posted by reudaly on June 25, 2009 in Writing |

So, I discovered a couple weeks back that an anthology that I’m in will come out just before the press closes down forever. Yay. Which got me thinking, “I have several stories out there orphaned in a similar manner.”

No, I’m not a jinx. Nor do I take down publishers. YardDog is going strong well after I’ve published with them. Just sayin’.

I have a few of those pieces with Anthology Builder, but that’s not netting me much of anything.

So, now I’m wondering what I should do with these orphans.

What would YOU like to see done with them? Print, online, download (like I know how to do that)?

What creative things have you seen done with authors’ orphaned stories?

Would you buy a chapbook of my orphaned stories, even if I had to put it out myself?
