So, apparently the CEO of GoDaddy.com did something stupid — or several things stupidly. He okayed really idiotic Superbowl commercials (Stupid #1) He went on vacation in Africa and went on safari. He shot an elephant (stupid #2). He posted a video of it (stupid #3). He’s catching a wave of hate for his decisions and isn’t doing anything about it (stupid #4).
My site is currently hosted on GoDaddy.com. It’s been an inexpensive and stable, but now I’m coming up on renewal. Do I stay or do I flee? I really don’t like supporting stupidity. I also really don’t like agreeing with PETA. But I have friends in Africa.
If I were to move my WordPress site to another host, which should I use? Seriously, I’m asking. Please suggest. I have to reup in the next month. I need to be on a budget, and stable — and not hosted by someone I know so we can stay friends.
