Happy Thanksgiving to one and all.

As I enjoy the blessings of family, home, and hearth, I wish the same for all of you.

In a time of turmoil – soldiers still abroad, the economy in shambles, politics still dominating the world, and personal losses – let’s all take a moment to be grateful for what we do have.

I am extremely thankful for my husband, our combined families, our home — the rest? Everything else is detail. I heard a “British” version of a saying here in America. “GOD is in the detail.” I love the positive spin they’ve put on this saying and have adopted it myself.

So when dealing with the details of the holiday season, remember, God is in the detail.
