I have run site health (REST API seems fine?)

I have deactivated and reactivated ALL THE PLUGINS – and have done test posts on all of them (be grateful for private post settings).

Now to see if I’ve managed to fix the issue that has only plagued me on Windows 11 machines and does not occur for my guru on any other machine.
